Getting started on Remote

Remote is a free way to discover Dominica and connect with the local people who run tourism here. This page explains what you can do and how to begin. You do not need an account to look around.

How it works

Remote brings the whole island into one place. You explore real spots, plan your days, and when you are ready you send one request that reaches the right local operators. You are never more than a tap away from that request.

Everything you see is first hand. Spots are described and photographed on the island, never stock images, no AI. Guides, drivers and hosts are verified in person by a team that lives here, and guides hold an official guide license.

What you can do

• Browse the spots across the island, each with practical details, region, difficulty and local tips.
• Discover experiences, guides, drivers, places to stay, car rentals and events.
• Build a trip in the planner, save your favorites and shape a day by day plan.
• Send one request with your dates, group size and what you are into, and let local operators come to you.

Good to know

Browsing is free and needs no account. To save favorites, build a trip, or send a request, you create a free account, which is how you track your proposals and keep everything in one place. It stays free either way. Remote is young, live since June 2026 and still growing, so if something is missing you can tell us and a real person will read it.
