That request lands instantly on the marketplace where every matching operator can see it and send you a proposal. You can send a request whether you're logged in or not. Just add your email and WhatsApp so operators can reach you.
Plan your trip
Save your favorite spots and use the Trip Planner to organize your stay day by day. As your plan takes shape, you can turn saved spots into structured requests, by day or for the full trip, so the proposals you get are already tailored to what you want to do and when. You can also export your plan as a PDF or share it with a link.
Compare proposals
Once your request is live, proposals start coming in from guides and operators who match your interests. You can browse everything you've received, compare them, ask questions, and discuss details directly. There's no pressure. Take your time, go back and forth if you need to, and confirm when you're ready.
Book and connect
The moment a booking is confirmed on both sides, contact information is released. Your operator can reach you directly on WhatsApp, and the relationship continues however you both prefer, on or off the platform.
