Morning or late afternoon to avoid peak crowds (especially on busy tour days).
Swimsuit, towel, change of clothes, waterproof phone pouch/dry bag, water shoes (optional), and a light top for after the swim (water is cold).
Drive to the Titou Gorge access area near Laudat and park nearby. Life jackets are rented at the entrance before entering the water.
A life jacket is mandatory for swimming inside. The current can be present, and there are limited places to stand or hold on once inside the gorge. Avoid entering if conditions look rough or after heavy rain.
