Intro
Jacko Falls is one of the easiest waterfalls to access in Dominica’s Interior. It’s right off the main road and reached by about 70 steps. Perfect for a quick stop, a photo, and a fast cool-down.
What you’ll do
- Park on the roadside near the entrance.
- Walk down the steps to reach the waterfall and pool area.
- Enjoy the falls up close and take photos.
- Swim if conditions look safe.
- Head back up the same steps.
Key tips
- Park with extra care: cars drive fast on this stretch of road.
- Wear shoes with grip. Steps and rocks can be slippery when wet.
- Avoid right after heavy rain if the area feels slick or the flow looks strong.
- Bring small cash for the entry fee (EC$12 / US$5).
